Using your A,B,C’s to overcome obstacles, conquer challenges and achieve your goals

A= Attitude

Attitude, our mental resistance to overcome even when we feel defeated. A positive attitude has been scientifically proven to increase success rates of surgeries, faster healing times, and lower rejection rates in organ transplant. The most Essential part in sustaining a positive attitude is the ability to believe.

B= Believing

There are two types of beliefs- limiting or liberating. Beliefs are the thoughts we think repeatedly and it is vital to eliminate false or negative/limiting beliefs. Changing them to liberating beliefs leads us to creating new possibilities to overcome obstacles and achieve our desired outcome. C= Creating

Creating is comprised of two elements: mental and physical. After you have “created” a plan for accomplishing your goals or overcoming challenges. You must take action! There are two types of action passive and massive. We need both passive and massive action to conquer challenges and achieve our goals.

What are passive and massive actions?

PASSIVE ACTION: The things we do in preparing to take action-Clarifying our goals, cleaning up our thoughts and beliefs, reading/studying, researching, planning.

MASSIVE ACTIONS: Doing of tasks, action, work. Small actions that work toward our daily actions/habits help us progress and move us forward to achieve our goals and get the results we want in our lives. Massive action includes the process of anticipating obstacles and being willing to fail, but also willing to try again until the goal is reached.
