Managing Anxiety with Journaling

Anxiety can be a challenge, but journaling can be an effective tool to help you manage it. Follow these steps to track and manage your anxiety.

The first step to managing your anxiety is to identify your triggers. This can be situational or emotional. Once you understand what triggers your anxiety, you can find ways to reduce or avoid them.

2. Reduce

When you feel anxiety take a moment to, ask yourself a few questions and write down your answers to the following questions. What happened? What was the trigger? Have you been stressed out lately? How were you feeling emotionally? What is the primary emotion you are feeling? What can you do differently next time?

Managing stress and anxiety can be a challenging task, but it doesn’t have to be. The simple habit of keeping an anxiety journal can reduce or eliminate future anxiety episodes, build resilience, and improve your emotional management skills.
